By submitting personal information for a free reverse mortgage estimate, you understand and agree that reversemortgageslender.org reverse mortgage calculator service (the “Reverse Mortgage Calculator”) assumes the accuracy and completeness of the information you supply, that the Reverse Mortgage Calculator provides only an estimate of the proceeds you might receive from a reverse mortgage and that the actual proceeds you may be offered at the conclusion of your application and underwriting process may be higher or lower than the proceeds quoted by the Reverse Mortgage Calculator.

You also understand that reversemortgageslender.org does not guarantee that you will be able to successfully close your reverse mortgage at the conclusion of your application process. You also agree to indemnify reversemortgageslender.org for any liability and/or damages that reversemortgageslender.org suffers as a result of your unauthorized use of the Reverse Mortgage Calculator or our web site.
